We are looking for a native**Bilingual** (**German) Marketing Executive**to join a truly exciting company in the midst of international expansion. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a circular economy scaleup which is expanding rapidly internationally.

The role of the **Bilingual Marketing Executive**would suit someone who has experience of brand marketing in a retail environment and experience coordinating the complete process flow of in-store activities, however generalist Marketing experienceis suitable.

Native German and fluent English is needed for this position.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-growing scaleup, where you will be intrinsic to the long-term expansion plan and the success of the company. Hybrid working is offered, with the Head Office based in Holborn, Central London.

**Key responsibilities as the Bilingual Marketing Executive will include**:

- Managing key in-store visibility projects: determine scope based on marketing briefing, guide implementation and evaluate success
- Marketing project lead for new store openings in Germany to ensure timely, accurate set up of promotional Point of Sale (POS)
- Reviewing existing processes and driving new initiatives to improve service and save cost
- Working closely with the European commercial team to support kiosk expansion and key account marketing activity
- Working with creative agency to brief and develop marketing materials
- Briefing and managing digital screen advertising for channel partner kiosks
- Supporting the Marketing Manager with branding projects
- Dealing with key stakeholders and channel partners

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related field)
- Native German and fluent English
- Marketing Coordinator / Executive experience
- Experience in a similar Retail Marketing role is advantageous
- Experience coordinating the complete process flow of in-store activities (preferable)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- Strong analysis skills and fact-based decision-making capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- IT literate with proficient MS Office skills
- Dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic team player
