Previous customer service/ barista experience would be welcomed; however full training can be provided for this role. We offer comprehensive mentorship and support and access to a range of vocational qualifications.

As the role is in an operational home, we require flexibility working 3 days out of 7 and the ability to work bank holidays on a rotational basis. The shift is 10:00am - 17:30pm however there will be a need to stay later on occasion for events or start earlier for training though these will be arranged in advance.

The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. As a general guide, duties will include the day to day running of our busy the Café and Bar area serving anything from specialty coffees to cocktails and providing the highest level of service. You will be a friendly face for Residents and Visitors making sure they feel welcome, special and catered for. You will be a genuine people person, engaging with our residents to build strong relationships with them on an individual level whilst always being completely professional, courteous and respectful. You will be a key part in food service delivery, ensuring 5-star service and setting of standards in relation to the dining experience. You will work closely with our Customer Service Manager as well as Home Management team to maintain our high standards. An understanding of industry regulatory frameworks would be advantageous.

**Salary & Benefits**:
£12.27 per hour, wages are paid 4 weekly
