**Location**: Cambridge, UK with requirements 1-2 days in their Cambridge office. **Open to remote UK based applicants.**

**Salary**: up to £50,000 per annum

**Reports to**: Senior Programme Manager

We have an exciting 15-18-month fixed term contract opportunity for a Change Manager with a charitable organisation based in Cambridge. The organisation is on a journey of large and complex change with aspects of one of their major departments.

The Change Manager will work closely with the Senior Programme Manager leading on delivery and business readiness with responsibilities including developing and managing change management activities such as stakeholder mapping, change impact analysis, training,communication and change control.

The organisation has a great environment with focus on social impact, wellbeing, positive engagement and work/life balance and are looking for a professional who can embed their values.
- Experience of 3+ years as a Change Manager or in change management roles
- Prosci, CCMP, CMI or equivalent Change Management qualifications highly beneficial
- Demonstratable knowledge of relevant change management techniques such as stakeholder mapping and change impact analysis
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills at all levels
