Recruitment Administrator

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a temporary 3 month contract.
You'll support our hiring managers with recruitment, making sure they have the right people at the right place, at the right time.
You'll deal with high volumes of vacancies, getting them advertised on job boards, job centres, and with our social value partners.
We are a small team, and we are all working remotely from home with occasional travel when needed. Due to the team demographic, we'd ideally like applicants based in and around the West Midlands or West Sussex.
**What you'll be doing...**
- Keep our online resourcing portal up to date, writing and posting vacancies, manage and update posts, and close expired vacancies
- Shortlisting CV's
- Communicate actions and updates to managers
- Manage mailboxes and user accounts
- Other administrative tasks/duties as requested by line manager or sector, such as reports or trackers
**What you'll need...**
- Team player, with excellent communication skills
- IT skills
- Ability to multi task and deal with changing priorities
