**Global Head of Market Risk - Fixed Income / Equities - London - up to £200k + BB**
A Global Head of Market risk is required by a Global Derivatives Market Trading Company based in the UK, with experience across Fixed Income and equities markets.
You will need to show an ability to interpret the data, liaise with the traders and the Head of trading - whilst keeping the COO up to speed with anything and raising anything in its appropriate timelines.
This person will do the usual within this role, making sure the limit structures are appropriate to market conditions, providing technical support to the Risk team. You will need to have an understanding of the markets - Forward volatility, convexity, scenariomodelling etc - with an understanding of the tooling. Awareness of FCA regulations is also ideal
Key skills:

- Extensive market and counterparty risk experience
- Strong Fixed Income or Equities experience
- Team Management
