**Job Role**
We are recruiting a passionate individual to join our office team as a Sales Assistant. The role will be full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week - Monday - Saturday. You will be required to be able to commit to this role on a permanent basis.
Your role will be to process and finalise sales over many platforms such as over the phone, live chat, and in-store so communication and listening skills are a vital element in this role. You will also be expected to support the day-to-operations within the business for example packaging and prepping our outgoing orders for the post, accounting for stock/stock audits, and serving in-store clients.
**Responsibilities**
- Work under the guidance of the Management Team to ensure that the highest service and operational standards are being executed at all times.
- Be willing to receive jewellery training in regards to products and services we sell/offer.
- Deliver a warm and polite service to all of our customers.
- Be able to upsell and add on additional products and services to our customers confidently.
- Support the team by completing office duties such as answering the phone and packaging online orders.
- Demonstrate effective communication through written and verbal communications.
- Be able to follow instructions effectively and precisely without hesitation to ask questions.
- Complete stock audits effectively and precisely.

**Personal Profile**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be PC literate.
- Outstanding professionalism with a positive attitude
- Excellent Team player
- Good sense of initiative
- Able to work under pressure
- Calm and professional manner and able to manage customer complaints.
- Strong customer service experience in the luxury sector and the ability to upsell
- A basic understanding of e-commerce operations is desirable.
- Experience in the jewellery sector is desirable.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
