**Description**:
Experienced **Lettings Manager**required for one of the North Wests leading independent Estate Agencies working from their well-established and successful Hale branch in Greater Manchester.

If you are a customer service focused Lettings Manager / Negotiator then this could be the role for you, in return you can expect a basic salary of £27,000 - £28,000 dependent upon experience, plus uncapped bonus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Registering enquiries and arranging appointments
- Following up enquiries
- Co-ordinating move-ins
- Processing payments (deposits + first month's rent etc)
- Occasional property inspections when required
- Working as part of the Lettings team and covering other negotiators if required
- Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team

**Requirements**:

- Experience in residential sales or lettings
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- A full UK driving licence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
