**Office Cleaner - Parkdean**

**Hours**: 17.5 hours per week
**Location**: Parkdean
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste by UK health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used correctly and maintained in good condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain consistent standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Knowledge of UK health and safety regulations related to cleaning is advantageous.
- Must be physically fit, able to lift light loads and perform manual tasks as required.
