Telephonist/controller

CALL NOW Part-time Telephonist / Controller who can work flexible shifts (Morning, days, nights or weekends)

Ideally we are looking for someone with telephonist or controller experience within a taxi company but this is not essential as full training will be provided.

Excellent knowledge of Swansea is essential.

**Duties**:
Answering telephone calls
Providing quotations to customers
Taking payments
Allocating bookings to drivers within time frames and driver locality
Dealing with customer complaints
Delivering a high level of professional customer service at all times.

Key Competencies Required:
Speak excellent English and have a professional telephone manner
Good written / communication skills
Good geographical knowledge of North Herts
Ability to work under pressure
Proactive and ability to work as a team and plan ahead
Excellent customer service skills
Be able to provide references

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
