We offer a range of wellness treatments aimed at promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Spa Head Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and ensure a smooth, seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and support the front-of-house team
- Manage bookings, enquiries, and client check-in/out processes
- Liaise with therapists and spa management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle client feedback and resolve any issues professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and spa area
- Train new team members and ensure ongoing development of the reception team
- Manage invoicing, payments and Cashing up procedures
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or supervisory role within a spa setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confident with booking systems and general computer skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Flexiable availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
