As a Trust, we are constantly evolving and strive to adapt our services, care pathways, systems and internal workflows to meet the demands of both local and national healthcare bodies, and the needs of our population, in a way that is dynamic and responsive. We have in place a steady and sustainable plan to develop our workforce planning capability and approach. We are now looking for an individual who understands and believes in the value of true people planning, who can deliver transformational change across a large and complex organisation and bring their passion to make this process come alive across our Trust.
Focusing on optimising our services, care pathways and systems to support our workforce and the users of our services, we understand that planning for the workforce of the future requires a strategic thinker, someone who can see ahead of the now and who brings with them an ability to engage others in adopting an openness and commitment to doing things differently.
The role of Workforce Planning Lead for LSCft will work alongside the Associate Director of Employee Services, and collaboratively with a number of critical Trust stakeholders, to continue the Trust's journey toward developing and embedding an approach to workforce planning that is meaningful, engaging, sustainable and refreshing.
