**Job Description**:

- Pertemps Kettering are recruiting on behalf of their client who are a globally recognised research and technology organisation within the consumer products industry supplying an array of products and services to its members and clients that add value throughout their supply chains.- **About The Role**
The successful applicant will be expected to carry out the following:- Manage the installation and onboarding of manufacturing systems for customers both remotely and on-site around the globe. Provide day-to-day customer support working closely with the product owner and software team.- Assist the sales and marketing teams, carry out demonstrations and work with potential new customers helping them to understand the benefits of systems and how they would work in their specific business environments.- Testing product improvements and changes prior to release.**About You**
**_You should be able and willing to travel overseas extensively. _**
- Good background experience in manufacturing systems/industrial engineering/continuous improvement/lean, ideally including the adoption and implementation of digital technologies for data management and analyses.- Evidence of strong communication skills and ability to train and teach in a technical environment.- Ability to build strong relationships with customers in different cultures.- Manufacturing, engineering, or similar technical qualification.- Good problem solver.- Proactive self-starter.**Benefits Include**
