The role will feature various shift patterns, Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am and 8pm, with occasional bank holiday working.

What we are looking for:

- Someone with a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Someone with the natural ability to be empathetic
- Someone who is confident and passionate as well as resilient.
- Confident in using a variety of IT systems (Full training will be provided)

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with customers over the telephone.
- You will be taking inbound calls and on occasion making outbound calls.
