Pod Talent are excited to be working with a thriving health-tech start-up who are looking for an experienced Demand Planner to join their growing team in Central London.

You'll be generating demand plans and refining existing KPIs, and aligning stock availability with commercial and supply chain to support the continued growth of the business.

**Responsibilities**:
As the Demand Planner, you will
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Reconcile stock monthly in collaboration with Supply Chain and Finance
- Work cross-functionally to ensure stock and product orders align with growth plans
- Understand product lead times and MOQs to maximise efficiencies
- Build out KPI dashboard for demand planning to track and report against
- Support Supply Chain and Product Development in communications with suppliers

**Requirements**:
Here is what we are looking for
- 3+ years' experience in a demand planning position in food, FMCG, or e-commerce
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders
- Resilience and assertiveness: the ability to hold your stance when you are right
- Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines with high attention to detail
- Excellent Excel ability
- Passion for problem solving
- Desire to drive growth in a start-up and get behind the company mission
