**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet business objectives.
- Drive corporate, group, and consortia sales, ensuring revenue growth.
- Lead the Proactive MICE Sales Team and optimize meeting & events revenue.
- Enhance brand visibility through strategic promotions and sales channels.
- Analyze and report on account performance, sales trends, and budgets.
- Collaborate with management to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Represent the hotel in industry events, networking, and corporate meetings
**Key Performance Indicators**
- **Revenue Growth**: Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **New Business**: Drive contribution through onboarding new accounts/ bookings
- **Occupancy Optimization**: Maximize hotel bookings.
- **Market Positioning**: Strengthen brand visibility.
- **Guest Satisfaction**: Enhance customer experience through sales strategies.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably as a Sales Director or similar position.
- Proven sales and business development experience in hospitality.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Expertise in corporate, consortia, and MICE sales
- Proficiency in sales CRM and revenue management tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
