The company are a national, reputable, award winning, recruitment brand, due to continued growth across their Branch Network, they now have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their flagship Burton office on a Permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to an established agency in the heart of the Burton on Trent, that can offer real career progression.

**Responsibilities**:

- Full 360 Recruitment Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into the Road
- Haulage and Distribution markets Business development via marketing techniques, sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business
- Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets
- Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs
- Account management
- Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
- Arranging meetings with new and existing clients
- Matching workers to vacancies
- Rotating on call duties required

**Technical Knowledge / Qualifications**:

- Successful business development skills
- Account management skills
- Proven record of success in B2B
- Target driven
- Excellent level of customer service
- Must be articulate and enthusiastic
- A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career
- Minimum 6 month experience in recruitment
- Ideally, previous experience within Industrial or Driving recruitment is advantageous
- 2 years’ experience working in a similar role is desirable for the role.
- Own transport is essential for this role
