**Job Title**: Nursery Practitioner (Levels 1, 2 & 3)
**Location**: Bright Beams Day Nurseries
**Hours**: Full-Time (40 hours per week) or Part-Time (25 hours per week)
**Salary**: Based on qualification level and experience
**Reporting to**: Room Leader / Deputy Manager

**Job Purpose**:
We are recruiting **Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners** to provide high-quality childcare and education in a stimulating and safe environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following the **EYFS framework**.
- Support children’s emotional, physical, and educational development.
- Ensure **safeguarding and health & safety procedures** are followed.
- Work as part of a team to create a nurturing environment.

**Person Specification**:
✔ **Essential**:

- **Level 1, 2, or 3 in Early Years Childcare** (or willingness to train).
- Understanding of **child development and EYFS**.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

✔ **Desirable**:

- Paediatric First Aid qualification.
- Previous nursery experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.30-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
