Office Angels are currently recruiting for a **Customer Service Advisor** for our client based in Camberley.

**Role**:Customer Service Advisor

**Location**:Camberley

**Salary**: Up to £12 p/hour

**The Role**:
**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Be the first point of call for telephone and online bookings/queries
- Set up and manage parent accounts
- Process bookings
- Managing absences on the internal bookings system and escalating any issues to the relevant manager
- Maintaining stock levels and placing orders for office supplies as required
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and recording data on special deliveries
- General administration support for all departments
- Provide general office support to director and department heads when required, this includes, providing relevant reports, photocopying, shredding and filing
- Previous office admin experience is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, specifically Word/Excel
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- A positive attitude and flexible approach
- Ability to manage all levels of customer queries
