- **Shape the Future**: Allocate and prioritise day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth workflow and continuous development of the team through hands-on training.
- **Ownership of Financial Reporting**: Take charge of month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and ensuring data integrity, while providing key analysis and insights to support the wider business.
**What You’ll Bring**:

- **Part-Qualified Accountant** (CAT/AAT or similar) with experience, ideally within Property Management.
- Excellent understanding of VAT (including Partial Exemption).
**Essential**:
- **Strong Transactional Experience**: A proven track record of handling large-scale transactional accounting, from purchase ledgers to rental income, ensuring accuracy and control.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping

- A hands-on approach, with strong organisational skills and the confidence to solve problems and provide leadership in a collaborative, supportive team environment.
