**As Commis Waiter you will be a hard working, people person with a can-do attitude. you will be fetching and carrying food and beverage from the kitchen & bar and serving our guests.**

**Hotel Du Vin is looking for **enthusiastic, professional individuals who want to work in a busy Food and Beverage environment. As a Waiter in Hotel du Vin you will b**e the face of the restaurant, help control the flow, and ensure communication between the Kitchen and the F&B Manager to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.**

As a Commis Waiter in Hotel du Vin you will be tasked with delivering the brand standards on a daily basis and you will strive to exceed our Guests expectations.

**We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great **flexibility** if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.**
