We have a new opportunity for a Head of Repairs to lead our approach to regional property maintenance, manage high-performing teams, oversee contractors, drive efficiency and compliance, and deliver excellent repairs, empty homes, and emergency services. You’ll help shape strategies, budgets, and business plans while embedding a culture of performance and putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.

**??**Salary**:£85,521 per year (plus car user allowance)

**??**Contract**: Permanent, full time

**?**Your week**: 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5pm)

**??**Location**: Hybrid, with a weekly presence in either our Milton Keynes, Rushden or Peterborough office

**?**Snapshot of your role**

- Collaborate with senior management, Heads of Service, and Regional Directors to shape service delivery and organisational priorities.
- Oversee the delivery of repairs and maintenance, managing contractors, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement effective resourcing strategies, including apprenticeships and professional development, to support business growth.
- Ensure budgets, cash flow, and financial controls are accurately managed and aligned with business plans.
- Analyse KPIs, customer feedback, and complaints to maintain service quality and take corrective action where needed.
- Implement health and safety policies, ensure legal compliance, and manage risk across all operations.

**??**What we’re looking for**

- Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience, with senior-level experience in a maintenance organisation.
- Experience managing a large remote team and delivering cost-effective operational services.
- Strong understanding of health and safety, risk compliance, and budget management
- Interest in housing and empathy with the aims of Amplius
- Ability to empower and engage colleagues, inspire confidence and trust, and adapt to change.

?? A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
