We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery. If you have a love for working with children and are committed to their development and well-being, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Observe and assess children's development and progress
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the individual needs of each child are met
- Maintain accurate records of children's daily activities, progress, and any incidents
- Promote positive behavior management techniques
- Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a nursery setting

We close for bank holidays and also have **Christmas off.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £10.18-£10.67 per hour
