Office Administrator

Hours: 9am - 5pm
Pay: £24,000 p/a
Contact: Temp - Perm
The duties of an Operations Administrator:
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Data entry into the stock sheet
- Answering the weighbridge and reporting weights to Technical Team as required
- Requesting purchase orders and assisting with invoice queries
- Liaising with suppliers for bookings
- Generating stock lists for potential outgoing loads
- General office functions including scanning and filing
- Generating outgoing paperwork
The requirements of an Operations Administrator:
- Provide holiday cover for other administration functions across the business
- Assist on site stock inventory, to ensure an accurate stock liability
- General administrative experience, experience with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to work under own initiative with a flexible approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent teamworking skills
The role of an Operations Administrator is working within the office, assisting with the administration functions across the business. A salary starting at £24,000 p/a based on experience.
