Are you a driven and ambitious individual looking for something a little different in the Marketing space? We are looking for a **Pursuits Executive** to join our brilliant team on an **initial fixed term basis.**

Pursuits at Burges Salmon is all about supporting the business to pitch and win work from new and existing clients, through formal tender processes.

Working within a Pursuits team will offer you the opportunity to develop a hybrid of specialist skills.

The job description goes into the detail of the role but - in summary - we can promise you a wide range of activities ranging from operational tasks through to bid project management and supporting the Pursuit and Business Development teams in implementing pursuits best practice. We will look to you for bright ideas and efficiency enhancements, and you will play an active role in the success of our team.

We are motivated by the “win”. We work hard, but as a team we look after each other, particularly when the work is not in the constraints of a 9-5 day. You can expect close working and the buzz that comes from surrounding yourself with motivated, high performing individuals.

We are team players with a genuine interest in collaborating with our colleagues across the business. We don't just get to know the lawyers; we work closely with teams across the firm on tender submissions, including Finance, Innovation, Legal Project Management and Responsible Business.
