Dental Receptionist

Working Days & Hours
- Monday: 8:15am - 2:30pm
- Tuesday: 8:15am - 2:30pm
- Thursday: 8:15am - 2:30pm
- Occasional cover may be required

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients warmly as they arrive
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently
- Maintain patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulations
- Process payments and manage billing enquiries effectively
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the day
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised reception area
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the dental team

**Skills**:

- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of dental practice software, Software of Excellence, is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a dental practice or clinical reception environment is essential

Salary £12.30ph
