**Semi Senior Accountant - Leading Independent Practice - Hybrid Working**

**AJ Chambers are delighted to be working alongside a leading regional firm of highly respected chartered accountants, on their search for a Semi Senior Accountant to join their growing office in Wisbech.**

**This is an excellent opportunity for a Semi Senior Accountant looking to gain exposure to all aspects of accounting whilst working alongside highly regarded members of the leadership team. You will be working for a firm who takes pride in workingwith the local community and are dedicated to providing exception service to their clients.**

**If you are currently studying towards your professional qualifications and are looking to join a firm who takes pride in the training and development of their employees, have a modern way of working and a great social atmosphere, then this couldbe the perfect role for you.**

**What will you be doing?**
- Preparation of incorporated and unincorporated accounts using accounting software
- Preparation of corporation tax computations and self-assessment tax returns
- Preparation of client accounts from incomplete records
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Completing assignments within agreed time budget
- Keep technically up to date

**What are they looking for?**
- AAT qualified, part qualified or qualified by experience
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in an accountancy practice
- Good communicator, able to work within a team effectively and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and ability to work well under pressure
