We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager role for fast growing business in the West Midlands.

The role has a major focus on filling roles right across the organisation, and as such a broad and deep knowledge of end to end recruitment is required, but will also lead and develop the team.

The organisation is growing rapidly in the UK but also internationally, so experience in an international remit would be an advantage.

The organisation has a scale up feel and as such this is an opportunity for someone to join the business and be creative and innovative in how they do things.

Hybrid working arrangements are in place and there is good flexibility on working arrangements.

The role will:

- Design and deliver innovative and commercially-minded resourcing strategies and solutions to meet the recruitment needs across the organisation.
- Act as a centre of excellence for all recruitment, advising and upskilling Managers on best practice, Employment Law, and use workforce planning to confidently build talent pools.
- Develop close relationships with HR Business Partners to truly understand the immediate and future requirements and advise on the best routes to market, with mínimal reliance on agencies.
- Lead in the on-going development of an efficient resourcing model that streamlines the recruitment process for front-line managers, and reduces time to hire.
- Drive direct-sourcing methodology, using innovative channels of advertising and online tools to reduce cost per hire.

Experience in managing a small team is an advantage, and experience in leading recruitment and talent related projects alongside resourcing activity is also required.
