An exciting opportunity to join a growing tech business providing payment services in the energy industry.

Topupmeters is looking for individual to join our very small 2 person team. Must be self motivated, have good time management and can work in a busy environment. You must be excellent in written and oral communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously.

Office Administrator skills and qualifications

*Basic knowledge of accounting procedures such as bookkeeping and other general financial procedures

*Proven experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist or other relevant position

*Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people

The role requires handling incoming calls covering sales enquiries and non-technical support, registering new customer accounts by following well defined processes, offer basic non-technical support to guide new customers using the online client portal and payment site, taking payments over the phone, handling invoicing and debtor control.

Basic accountancy skills are required using cloud accounting systems to do reconciliation, tax, and invoicing.

You may be required to attend to any other duties as the job requires.
