We're looking for someone with the skills below to keep Kingston Lacy Estate an attractive tourist location Caring for the glorious property, this is a full time, permanent role, with a salary of £23,000 and all the benefits below included.
What it's like to work here:The outstanding art collection is one of the main attractions to this beautiful Italian-inspired mansion. As one of the National Trust’s ‘treasure houses’, the 45 strong team have exciting times ahead as they embark on major conservation projects to preserve this 8,500 estate and its rare collection of artefacts. A Japanese garden and tearoom and community growing spaces are also among the key attractions at Kingston Lacy. The property has a rural location, so it’s likely you will require your own transport to get here.
What you'll be doing:As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service, to enable the successful operation of the property. You’ll support the team to meet its objectives by ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained at all times. You’ll be assisting with the provision of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs, cleaning and caretaking duties, presentation of public areas and visitor facilities including car parks and grounds, preparation of meeting rooms and the co-ordination of back of house services such as deliveries and collections. You'll also be expected to handle some facilities specific administration duties.
