This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketplace Sales Advisor to work for one of the largest garden building manufacturers/retailers in the UK and help us to continue to grow our established brand Waltons Garden Buildings.

Working within the sales department, you will be responsible for various aspects of our online presence, such as managing content of our marketplace products, customer journey (customer services) and processing orders whilst speaking to customers over the phone or face to face at our garden building display site.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and update products listing on our marketplace platforms Amazon, OnBuy, Ebay, Manomano, Therange, B&Q.
- Monitor inventory levels
- Help process customer orders through our website and 3rd Party marketplaces
- Upload and maintain listings on our website through our electronic point of sale system
- Ensure deliveries are booked with our delivery partners for timely delivery.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Experience of managing marketplace accounts (Amazon, OnBuy, Ebay, Manomano)
- Ecommerce Sales ideally on the shopify platform
- Strong Administrative skills, especially with microsoft packages
- Ability to stay calm, collected and polite when face with difficult customer interactions.
- Ambition to progress in sales environment

This role is office based, within our sales team based in Sutton on Trent, Newark, NG23 6QN. Working Monday - Friday 08:30am - 5:00pm

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
