In this exciting role, you will help shape future department ranges and strategies. You will interpret key insight metrics including traffic, conversion, basket analysis and market intel. Working cross functionally with stakeholders to manage online sales forecasts, identify risks and opportunities to meet or exceed trade performance targets.

- Be able to manage complexity
- Be able to translate data into actionable insights
- Have a proficient level of numeracy and an eye for detail.
- Be confident in managing and prioritising your own workload
- Be confident partnering with Marketing, Trading, Operations and Supply teams to align online activity.
- Be customer focused with a commercial outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have experience using ecommerce systems and technology
- Have evidence in developing and delivering step change improvements
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft software, in particular excel
