This role will report full-time ON-SITE at our London Office.

Moonbug is seeking a full-time Music Production Assistant to support the Music Production team. This role is based in our London office in the heart of Camden Town. At Moonbug, you will be working with some of the biggest brands in family entertainment; one of the fastest-growing genres in music.

A basic knowledge of Logic Pro is a plus

Responsibilities will include:

- Create purchase orders for our freelancers.
- Cross check invoices with work approved.
- Organizing and renaming lyric files, music files, etc in our google drives.
- Ensure all Airtables are up to date.
- Contracting freelancers
- Making sure all metadata for all freelancers is up to date across all platforms
- Keep music & project bibles updated.
- Helping manage the delivery of assets to the music label team.

**Requirements**:
Must-have attributes:

- Experience with Google Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Attributes:

- Ability to sing and record vocal guides
- A 2nd language such as Latin American Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese is a +
- Basic knowledge of Logic Pro
