Arc Logistics provides delivery services to clients from Exeter to Torbay. We are looking for experienced multi drop delivery drivers to join our team to continue to provide the highest quality service to help drive our success into the future.

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable and hard-working individuals to join our team of self employed Multi Drop Drivers who are looking to grow with our business.

- State of the art routing technology sequences all routes for you, routes are pre-packed for you every morning and ready to be loaded.
- Base Rate £117 + vat per route
- Performance bonuses up to £22 per route.
- Additional incentives and bonuses available based on performance.
- Flexible working days: 4-6 working days available per week, 7 days operation
- 9 hour routes
- 15 minute load times
- Start time 1030am (times may change throughout the year)
- Self Employed position with support from a professional accountancy company, if required, for set up, invoicing and tax advice.

**Requirements**:

- Over 21 Years Old only due to insurance requirements
- Have a passion for delighting customers.
- Attention to detail to ensure process is followed exactly.
- Dedication and commitment.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to lift parcels up to 25kg, and deliver 150+ parcels per day. Locations can include flats with only staircases.
- Hold a clean, valid and current licence with no more than 6 points.
- Previous experience is advantageous however not essential as full training will be given.
- Veterans, ex-emergency services personnel are highly encouraged.
- All successful applicants will need to pass both a DBS background check and a drug & alcohol test.
