Electrician

We are now looking for a hardworking, self-motivated individual to join our Delivery team as an Electrician in our Petersfield branch. This is a great opportunity for someone who may be newly qualified and starting out as an Electrician.

The work required is to be carried out to set specifications and timescales. The role may be required to support Operations teams with other operational duties if digital electrical works have been completed.

The role may be required to provide out of hours services as part of the shift pattern and call out rota for this team.

**What you'll be doing?**
- To ensure all electrical work is completed to specification and within required timescales
- Identify and communicate any information or relevance regarding the state and condition of any Company product
- Using handheld technology to record work carried out and maintenance requirements
- Implement and maintain the Company's Health & Safety Policy at all times
- Accurate Stock Control - manage and record stock usage per site
- Timely and accurate return of any worksheets (where applicable)
- Be willing to attend any training courses as required by the Company
- To ensure the security and confidentiality of Company information at all times
- To support other Operations teams with any of their duties

On Call requirement:

- Participation in the provision of out of hours digital emergency response cover for the Branch, this will involve being part of a rota with colleagues
- The role will be required to provide out of hours support as part of the shift pattern and call out rota for the branch team
- Overtime will be paid for any rota requirements above those set out as standard within the contracted terms and conditions of employment.

**What we're looking for?**
- Trained to 18th Edition IEE or current electrical regulations
- City & Guilds 236 Part 1&2.
- 2391 Testing & Inspection
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical services
- Current UK Driving Licence holder or equivalent
- Ability to work at height
- Basic IT knowledge
- Able to use Handheld technology
- Flexible attitude - willing to work extra hours/ shifts
