**Busy Weddings & Events department seeks friendly, energetic Front of House and Bar Team Members to ensure service runs smoothly.**

A number of opportunities have arisen within the Village for enthusiastic and professional team members to provide an outstanding customer focused waiting on service to Conference, Event & Weddings customers.

The Weddings & Events department is an established destination for Conference, Wedding and Events clients. Providing a 5* standard of service with offerings from formal black-tie events through to speciality entertainment such as shows, charity galas and Christmas parties.

**Interested in**:
Energetic and approachable team members keen to allow their customer service skills to shine in a fast-paced front of house role, providing support to a team who pride themselves on constantly achieving 5* standards.

It is important that you are friendly, helpful and keen to get involved with impeccable standards of hygiene and attention to detail.

**The main duties of the role will be**:

- Assist with setup for conferences, weddings and events
- Help with the delivery of food service, including carrying and clearing plates (Front of House)
- Serving drinks and keep stock levels maintained, ensuring the bar area is kept clean at all times (Bar)
- Be the first point of call for any guest queries and brief back to the Duty Manager/Supervisor as required
- Clearly communicate with guests and the Duty Manager/Supervisor regarding any food allergies

**Availability**:
We have a number of zero hour temporary positions available.

All applicants are welcomed, however, due to licensing laws applicants above 18 years of age will be offered the Bar positions.
