**About Us**

Sue Shield Spa is a buzzing Health and Beauty Spa with a large retail area based in Carnforth, Nr Lancaster.

**The Role**

**You will be able to**:

- Welcome customers into the salon, making them feel at ease and assist them in finding the right products for them, with understanding that there is more to the customer experience than just selling - we want them to come back and book in for treatments
- Manage customer feedback and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales and retail standards.
- Conduct refunds and exchanges, helping the customer to find another suitable product.
- Reach personal sales targets by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of all products we stock by researching them thoroughly and using your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends, by taking every opportunity to expand your knowledge of products and competitors.
- Keep abreast of any special offers and promote accordingly.
- Be responsible for stock, unpacking deliveries, completing audits, adding stock, maintaining the stockroom and ensuring the stock on display is presented in an attractive and desirable way.
- Work as part of a team, demonstrating great communication skills and building excellent relationships whilst remaining focused on creating a memorable customer experience.
- Be an integral part of the marketing process, disseminating to social media platforms, newsletters, window displays, the salon plasma screen and the website.
- Be flexible and adapt from day to day, maintaining your service excellence and collaborative spirit at all times.
- Understand and follow health, safety and security procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:
Sales Experience is desirable but not essential.

Must have a in depth knowledge of how social media works and how to use it to it's full potential.

Computer literate.

Fluent English
