We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team at DKD Cleaning Services. In this role, you will oversee cleaning operations at designated sites, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for quality service.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily cleaning operations at assigned sites to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage and lead a team of cleaning staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess cleanliness and address any issues promptly.
- Coordinate schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report on performance metrics.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.71-£13.48 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
