Arthurs Of Churchtown wine bar

**Duties**:

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Restock supplies and replenish inventory as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for food orders and delivery
- Assist with food preparation when necessary
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, ingredients, and proper mixing techniques
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol serving laws and regulations
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and provide prompt service

**Requirements**:

- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes, garnishes, glassware, and proper serving techniques
- Experience in upselling to increase sales is preferred
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary knowledge is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
