Here at Impossible, we are excited to announce that we are looking for temporary Host / Hostesses for the upcoming festive period.

This role presents the perfect opportunity to be at the helm of a busy restaurant, bar and events space, where no day is the same

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the management team to ensure the booking procedure is followed and works flawlessly.
- Using the booking system (Design My Night) to take bookings and secure each one with a deposit, as well as taking phone and in person bookings and inputting these onto the system.
- Taking deposits & prepayments, chasing unconfirmed and unsecured reservations.
- Greeting and seating guests.
- Work closely with management on shift to communicate spikes in bookings on shift and communicate VIPs.
- Ensure that the booking system runs seamlessly within the venue.
- Encourage guests to give us a feedback on Trip advisor/google reviews to drive the business forward.

Please note this is a seasonal role for the upcoming Christmas Period - after this period has ended there may be the opportunity for additional work throughout the next year.
