Salesforce Technical Consultant

**Location: Remote, UK Wide, with 1 day per week in London**
**Salary: £75,000 to £90,000 (DOE) + Benefits**

**The Role**:
As part of the onshore team, the Salesforce Technical Architect will be responsible for the end to end technical delivery of a solution using their expert knowledge of the Salesforce platform and the industry experience and best practice developed throughout their career. From time to time Technical Architect may act as Solution Architect, bringing to bear a consummate knowledge of the capabilities of the Salesforce platform to design solutions for clients regarding Salesforce and their overall systems’ landscape.
You will take ownership of designing and future-proofing the system and will contribute to decide on best practices to ensure the security, maintainability and scalability of the solutions delivered. The role would suit someone who is a strong communicator (written and oral), reliable, presentable and efficient and is expected to operate equally well individually or within a team.

**You will have experience in**:

- Minimum of 10 full lifecycle implementations using either Salesforce Sales, Service and Community cloud. Field Service and CPQ is a plus.
- Worked on at least 5 integration projects using a variety of technologies: API, web services, ESB, middleware
- Ability to work with consultants, developers, solution architects, and other technical architects where appropriate, design data models, integration interfaces, custom components and deployment pipelines required by the solution and custom functions to a high level of quality and accuracy
- Certified Platform Developer I and II, designer and cloud consultant certifications are a plus
- Reviewing code developed by colleagues to ensure the following: - The solution is performant and will scale - Coding standards are being followed - Best practice is adhered to
- Leading Salesforce project implementation - gather requirements, translate, communicate and document requirements and solutions to technical team
- Overseeing project lifecycle with demonstrable experience in complex deployments using the Salesforce platform, version control and advanced tooling (Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX)
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and be a creative, dynamic problem solver
- Exceptional communication skills, able to communicate with all relevant teams and stakeholders

**Desired experience**:

- Over 150 Trails in Trailhead completed
- Salesforce Designer Certifications (System and Application Architect)
