This is a great opportunity for someone who has minimum office environment experience to be considered. You will be part of a small team and you will be carrying out the following duties throughout the day:
Answering incoming calls and redirecting to the relevant person/department
- Data/Order entry
- Providing day-to-day support within the customer service team
- General administration duties
- Communicating with other departments
- Monitor and action the back-order report
- Processing customer orders and enquiries efficiently
- Communicate on out of stock lines and if possible offer alternatives
- Logging important information on the company CRM
- Maintain customer base price lists
- Ensure customer web pages are up to date including price checks, all pictures and descriptions
- Maximise the company profit opportunities
- Dealing with fax, postal and electronic mail orders.
- Communicate with external sales managers
- Promoting new and existing products to customers.
- Supporting other departments within the company
- General Administration duties, post, filing, sending out invoices and any additional requirements
- To answer all incoming calls professionally and in a timely manner
- To carry out any other reasonable duties that may be required by the company
- Maintain a professional and ethical working practise at all times
- Excellent time keeping and attendance record
- Some previous experience in this field is require

Key skills which you must possess are:

- Quick learner
- Computer literate - competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Confident communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Good time keeping
- A team player
