**Responsibilities**:

- Process claim forms.
- Ensuring details are up to date on our system.
- Acting reassuringly and knowledgeably.
- Full training will be given when the role is accepted.
- Responding to incoming queries from clients.
- Liaising between us and the legal team to ensure a swift response.
- Identifying legal & compliance requirements.
