**The role**

I am looking for a wonderful, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a school based in Harold Hill, Romford. This is a mainstream primary school with an excellent reputation for providing fantastic education to young people, and also taking great care of their staff The role is to support the school’s pupils with SEN. Your day to day role would be working on a 1:1 basis, within the main classroom, ensuring the child can understand the work they are being given, and help overcome any barriers that they may face to their learning.

Your role would also consist of taking the child out for interventions outside of the classroom so that you can really support the child to the best of your ability and ultimately encourage them to achieve the best they can.

This school is also fantastic at supporting Teaching Assistants that wish you pursue a career in teaching. Therefore, if you are an aspiring teacher, this school would be the best place for you to be to lay the foundations of your career
