Teaching Asssistant

Teaching Assistant required to work on a 1-2-1 basis supporting challenging behaviours. We are currently recruiting for a 1-2-1 Teaching Assistant/ Behaviour Mentor to support a Key Stage 4 student on a 1-2-1 basis. This student has recently been excludedform mainstream education and is now attending a dynamic SEMH school that has a wonderful track record of helping students to reengage with education.
Job Role:

- Providing 1-2-1 classroom support and managing behaviours
- Acting as a positive role model for the students
- Delivering intervention sessions focused on positive behaviours
- Working with the pastoral team to put a rewards system in place for this students
- Taking part in whole school activities and trips
