Are you a residential conveyancer who is no longer interested in volume type work/referral fees and small margins? Our client is now seeking a qualified (this is essential) Solicitor or Chartered Legal executive with a strong conveyancing skill set to provide an exceptional service on sales and purchase matters for clients.
As a residential conveyancer you will work in a team focusing mainly on properties from £700,000 up to £1.5 million in value. You will have a team that supports at the beginning of the transaction to set up the files alone with a post completion team and duringthe main part of the transaction you will have an assistant who is assigned to the file, so plenty of support is in place.
This is a position focusing on quality and as such the right person will be somebody with 3+ years’ experience in handling residential conveyancing matters with an ability to provide exceptional client care throughout.
