HR Recruitment Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a HR Recruitment Administrator to come and join our growing HR & Recruitment department. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a strong administrative background or is looking to start their career within Human Resources.
You will lead on administrative tasks to support our Recruitment Coordinator and wider HR team ensuring all recruitment & HR activities are efficiently managed and organised. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Administer offer documentation and other correspondence for new starters, assisting with the setup of new starters onto company systems.
- Support audit processes to ensure compliance of employee files against agreed standards.
- Support Recruitment Coordinator in understanding recruitment needs across the company, ensuring managers comply with processes for authorising, interviewing, and creating job descriptions etc.
- Provide data on SLAs within the HR / Recruitment team as required and undertake analysis of advert performance, making recommendations for change where required.
- Support the onboarding journey of new starters from coordinating induction training through to keeping in touch with new starters through to their probation.
- Administer a range of template letters and contracts under HR policies. Including: changes to terms and conditions, maternity / paternity leave, referencing etc.
- Update internal records with details of starters, leavers and other information relating to the employment life cycle.
- To be flexible in undertaking any additional duties and responsibilities that may be asked.

We employ 1700 colleagues across services in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Lancashire with our head office being based near the Humber Bridge within the Hesslewood Office Park.
