Look no further, Aceparts are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to run a committed team of 12 operatives and manage the safe dispatch of order volumes in the 1000’s each day.

world’s leading automotive brands, including: Audi, BMW, Honda, Jaguar, Jeep, Kia, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG, Mini, Smart, Toyota and Volkswagen.
Aceparts success is built on the sale of both aftermarket and genuine parts, purely online via websites and marketplaces - think eBay and Amazon. This is no small operation, operating a central facility with 24,000 square feet of warehouse space, 35 colleaguesand revenues in the millions.

**About the Role**
**The Package**
Within this role you will be working Monday - Saturday day shifts; half day on the Saturday. With an attractive salary package of up to £27,500 OTE, depending on experience.

**The Role**
Within this role you will be a hands-on operator within a time critical environment:

- Ensure all KPI’s are achieved in regard to timely dispatch of orders and part movements
- Plan effectively to maintain a fluid flow of work throughout the warehouse
- Assign work effectively amongst colleagues to achieve the maximum output
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and readily available use
- Ensure the site remains a safe environment in-line with Health & Safety policies
- Ensure house-keeping compliance is delivered in all operational areas
- Resolve stock issues as they arise, with permanent fixes scheduled
- Completion of bi-annual stock checks and coordination perpetual stock checks
- Other tasks involving projects directed by the operational teams
- Unlocking and securing the premises
- Fostering a positive team culture in-line with our core values
- Leading the onboarding and training of new team members

**About You**
**The Individual**:

- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Infectious can do positive attitude
- Remarkable problem-solving skills
- An ingrained hunger to develop and grow
- Minimum of three years experience within a similar role
- Commercial awareness
- Counterbalance Licence (preferred, but we will train the right person)
