**Summary**

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at The Mutz Nutz Limited. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect products for their pets. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation as a go-to destination for pet lovers.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects our brand values.
- Assist in restocking shelves and managing inventory to ensure product availability.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to enhance customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is essential.
- A passion for pets and knowledge of pet care products is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Organisational skills to manage inventory and store displays.
- Ability to work independently as on occasions you may be in sole charge of the store
- Successfully communicate with your Manager when any query arises
- Operate till efficiently including start of day and cash up procedures
- Flair for visual merchandising and store display
- Understanding customers' needs and upselling products to meet store targets

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 36 per week
