1st/2nd Line Support Analyst (French Speaking) - City of London - £250/day inside IR35
My client, a reputable asset management firm in the city of London, has an exciting opening for a 1 st /2 ndLine Support Analyst to join their team. This role is offered on an initial 6-month contract basis, with potential to go permanent. The role isbased full time on site.
Joining the Service Desk Team, this role will be responsible for resolving 1 st /2 ndline technical issues and providing support to the company’s 80 onsite users in their London offices. You will thrive on solving complex problems with creative solutions,and bring an active and flexible attitude to the team.**The following are essential**:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, within a financial services environment
- Experience of ticketing systems and working within contracted SLAs
- Good knowledge/experience of providing Win10 support and deployment
- PC build experience
- Strong experience with MS Office Suite, O365, and Active Directory
- Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Intune, Teams, and Sharepoint
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills**The following are desirable**:
- Knowledge of dealing room systems
- French speaker preferredThis role would suit an experienced 1 st /2 ndline support engineer looking to utilise and develop their skillset.
