About Us:
Here at LPC Property Maintenance we have a great management team backed by qualified plumbers, electricians, heating technicians and experienced tradesmen ready to carry out repairs and maintenance to both residential and commercial properties

**Duties**:

- Preparing reports
- Liasing with property managers
- Receiving Time sheets
- Preparing invoices on crm system (Click or similar)
- Sourcing Materials for jobs
- Maintaining accurate records of works completed/ to be completed per job
- Price works according to information given
- Liaising with our team of engineers
- Assisting with basic administrative duties
- Occasional scheduling jobs

Requirments:

- Have a basic understanding of CRM systems
- Have a basic understanding or interest in building and maintenance
- Confidence in building relationships with engineers and team members
- Good telephone manner
- Well Organised
- Able to prioritise workload
- Minimum typing speed 40 WPM
- Able to work under own initative whe required
- Attention to detail
- Strong team work ethic
- Microsoft office proficent

Working hours:
Monday - Friday

8:30 - 5:00

Able to commute to

HA7 1EL, Queensbury, Harrow

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
